Less chasing.
A clear next step.
Bring the records you have. We’ll talk through the file, the open questions, and whether there is a path forward.

Bring us the files.
Start with 3–5 stalled claims and the records you already have. Bill reviews the details with you.
We do the follow-through.
For accepted files, we acquire the claim rights by agreement, build the loss documentation, and pursue recovery.
You share in the recovery.
You keep 60% of every recovery. Our 40% fee comes from the recovery only. No recovery means no fee.
1. Start with the stalled claims.
Fleet operators can begin with 3–5 files. Owner-operators can contact Bill about a single claim. Bring the repair invoice, police or accident report, and rate or utilization log for each incident.
Bill reviews what you have already submitted, what was paid or disputed, and the unanswered questions. The first review is free and does not commit you to proceed.
2. Agree the terms and the handoff.
If a file is accepted, William S. Cook & Associates acquires the claim rights through a written agreement. The agreement explains the transfer of rights and the recovery split.
The supporting records are organized, the economic loss is documented, and the accepted claim is pursued within the agreed scope. Legal issues requiring counsel are separate from Bill’s consulting role.
3. Receive your share if recovery is made.
You receive 60% of the recovery. The 40% fee comes from the recovery only; there are no upfront or out-of-pocket fees. If no money is recovered, you owe nothing.
Timing and results depend on the individual file. There is no guaranteed amount or completion date.
